"Before running an advertising campaign, it is crucial to create an awareness of your organization by establishing third-party validation in the media – whether it be in national, regional, local or trade publications and outlets."

To help clients execute successful public relations campaigns, Karen actively pitches her clients to the media, writes news releases, develops corporate backgrounders and biographies, creates media lists, produces by-lined articles and case studies, and pursues other appropriate PR programs.

Karen has years of experience in the high tech-industry, developing public relations campaigns for computer software, hardware and graphics providers. She has worked in both a corporate and agency environment, and is able to use this experience to work closely with clients. Karen holds a degree in journalism and mass communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
