The Cascades at Verdae is an upscale continuing care retirement community on 55 acres in Greenville, S.C. Walker created a series of print ads that cast the development as the most luxurious retirement community in the Greenville area. Because many of today’s seniors feel and believe themselves to be much younger than their actual age, Walker combined elegant artwork portraying sophisticated, active lifestyle imagery and messaging that communicated a love for living to project The Cascades as being the opposite of the modern retirement community paradigm.
